Free Nurse Assessment

A licensed nurse vis­its your home to make an ini­tial safety eval­u­a­tion and arranges for home care.

Per­sonal Care

Assist with groom­ing, bathing, dress­ing, eat­ing, etc.

Trans­fers

Wheel­chairs, mechan­i­cal lifts (Hoyer lifts), and slid­ing boards.

Mobil­ity Wellness

Exer­cise pro­grams and assisted walks.

Bowel & Blad­der Care

Incon­ti­nence: Toi­let pro­grams with indi­vid­u­al­ized skin care. Colostomy, ileostomy, and foley catheter care.

Med­ica­tions

Reminders and assis­tance for safety and compliance.

Trans­porta­tion

Assist with trans­porta­tion to appoint­ments (med­ical, beauty salon), house of wor­ship, din­ing out, fam­ily occasions.

Home­mak­ing

Light house­keep­ing (vac­uum clean­ing, mop­ping, dishes, dust­ing, etc.) Laun­dry and bed linen changes. Meal prepa­ra­tion includ­ing gro­cery shopping.

Com­pan­ion­ship

Read­ing, games, hob­bies, walks, let­ter writ­ing, etc.

Respite & Hos­pice Care

We have aides that are spe­cially trained in car­ing for Alzheimer/Dementia clients. Per­son­al­ized hos­pice care arranged.

Overnight Respite Care

We offer an overnight care pack­age includ­ing 10 hours of ser­vice at a reduced fee.

Care Man­age­ment

Coor­di­nate care and ser­vices; attend physi­cian appoint­ments and func­tion as liai­son with client, fam­ily and other care providers.

Our nurse pro­vides a free weekly visit to assess care in all 24 hour cases.
